Atmospheric Conditions

The probabilities for different atmospheric conditions which are used in the dispersion calculations can be defined in SAIPH. The atmospheric conditions names are used to help define the consequence modelling input.

A minimum of one atmospheric condition is required and a maximum of twenty atmospheric conditions can be included in a SAIPH project.

Atmospheric conditions percentages must add up to one hundred.

Atmospheric conditions can be added, deleted, renamed or reordered.

Tip
SAIPH automatically makes the percentages add up to one hundred.

Advisory Note
Adding, deleting, renaming or reordering atmospheric conditions updates the consequences immediately. Consequence modelling data may be lost when deleting atmospheric conditions. Therefore, it is recommended defining the atmospheric conditions first before adding the consequence modelling data.
